Family

Josh, Shawn/Ashley, Will/Ali, and Alex/Abbey will not arrive until Thursday afternoon.  We wish them all safe travels.  We propose a small change in our 10:00 a.m. family discussions.  We have talented family members in various fields who can share their knowledge.

On Thursday a.m. we invite Grant, Brooke, and Bryan if he is available, to discuss and answer questions related to fitness, health, nutrition, yoga, and patient/physician relationships.  Please bring your questions.  I will be the M.C. in eliciting questions and directing them to our panelists.  This should be a great time to get updated on your health/fitness/nutrition interests.  The group is very qualified.  Bryan is an M.D.; Grant has a Master's in Sports Chiropractic, and Brooke is a certified yoga instructor and has catered natural/organic food meals.

On Friday a.m. we invite Josh and Shawn to be presenters and panelists on financial affairs.  Josh is a financial planner and Shawn is a banker.  They will be prepared to give perspectives and advice on budgeting, various insurance instruments, banking tips, investments, debt, and retirement strategies.  Please bring your questions.  I will also M.C. this discussion.

On Saturday a.m. Teri and I will lead a discussion on how to take care of one another as a large family, and then how husband and wife need to care for one another.  We have information we will share, and we invite your questions.

We hope to all learn useful, helpful information from reliable sources.  We also hope to learn more about each other in the give and take discussion format.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

Safe Travels,

L Jay

T-shirts

Okay, so it's getting a little too late for us to make T-shirts for the reunion. So we are asking that everyone bring a colored t-shirt (fruit of a loom) or something in-expensive to wear on Friday so we can get a family picture. We will decorate those shirts by spraying bleach/water onto the shirt. It makes cool designs.

Also...I was thinking that it would be fun to throw a little shower for Abbey while she is here. We won't decorate or do food or anything, but just sit around chat and let her open some presents...what do you think?
